He coaches Product Owners and teams on epic definition, story boarding, story writing, backlog refinement, story point estimation, prioritization techniques and agile release planning. In addition, he coaches/mentors Scrum Masters on proven techniques to launch and develop new agile teams, facilitate scrum ceremonies, agile project management, systems thinking, agile metrics, lean/agile practices. Ranvir provides practical, hands-on workshops on Lean/Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban and SAFe practices.
