• Collaborated with content authors to collect metadata for business forms, documents, records and migrated old content using Share-gate; conducted UAT testing including usability testing of the intranet site using the UX playbook

• Conducted requirements workshops, documented business requirements, designed information architecture for developing multimedia records management solution (serving more than 5000 users) on IBM FileNet and SharePoint
